AskNeoX DEX brings a self-custody Solana wallet, Spot markets and swaps, limit orders, perpetual Futures up to 250x, NEOX and staking into one interface. Its very low AskNeoX fees and guided flow make first transactions accessible to beginners while retaining the tools experienced traders expect.

Why use a self-custody wallet?

With the AskNeoX local wallet, the private key is encrypted in the browser using the password selected by the user. Transactions are prepared by the service, but remain signed by the user’s wallet. The password and private key are not sent to AskNeoX in plain text.

This independence also creates an important responsibility: support cannot recreate a forgotten wallet password. Download the recovery kit as soon as the wallet is created. It contains the encrypted wallet and a file that records the password. Anyone holding the complete ZIP may potentially access the funds, so keep it offline, never send it to support and never share it.

You may also import an existing AskNeoX wallet or connect a compatible Solana wallet instead of creating a local one. In every case, begin with a small amount to verify the address, network and operation of each feature.

The Wallet menu displays the active wallet and held assets. Receive lets you copy the address or display its QR code. Send lets you select the token, amount and address, directly or from the address book, then estimate fees before confirmation. Backup and secret key export are available only for the local wallet; the secret key must never be shared.

Spot Markets and the Trader screen

The Spot screen is used to browse markets, load leading tokens and search for a token available through Jupiter. It helps users select a pair before moving to the Trader screen.

In Trader, select Buy, Sell or Swap, then the two tokens and amount. A Jupiter quote displays the expected amount, slippage, network fees and AskNeoX Spot fees before signing. A market order seeks immediate execution under the conditions available when submitted.

For a limit order, set the target price. Orders use Jupiter Trigger and the required funds are transferred to the Jupiter vault used for the order until execution or cancellation. Active and completed orders remain visible in the Orders screen.

Perpetual Futures: Long, Short, TP and SL

The Futures area uses Jupiter Perps. The user selects a market, a Long or Short direction, collateral and leverage. Before confirmation, the interface can display an estimate of the position size, entry price, protocol fees and liquidation price.

An order may be immediate or limited. A Take Profit and Stop Loss can be added to prepare an exit. The same area displays open positions and lets users refresh or close them; the Orders screen then brings together Futures operations and their available history.

Futures are high-risk products. Leverage magnifies possible gains and losses and can lead to liquidation of all committed collateral. The interface may offer up to 250x depending on the market, but this maximum is never a recommendation. Beginners should use low leverage, a small amount and always examine the liquidation price. A TP or SL can reduce some risks, but cannot guarantee an execution price in every market condition.

Portfolio, positions and history

The Assets screen combines the Spot wallet, NEOX, staking and, when the Jupiter source responds, the capital and PnL of current Futures positions. An unavailable source must be identified so that a partial total is not presented as a complete portfolio.

The Orders screen separates limit orders, Spot operations, Futures and NEOX. It offers 7-, 14- or 30-day periods, or the full available history, together with a PDF export. Use refresh to reload confirmed data before treating an operation as complete.

NEOX: stable value and staking rewards

NEOX is AskNeoX’s stable-value crypto: the DEX displays 1 NEOX = 1 USDT. Staking produces variable rewards in USDT, generally between 2% and 4% per year according to the Pricing page. This rate may be attractive, but it varies and is never a guaranteed return.

In the NEOX screen, select Buy, Sell or Stake. The staking area displays the staked amount and pending rewards; it lets users stake, unstake and then claim available interest in USDT. Always review the balance and preview before confirming.

Very low Spot and Futures fees

The Pricing schedule lists AskNeoX Spot swap fees at 0.10% on Free, followed by 0.06%, 0.03%, 0.02% and 0.01% depending on the plan. Futures fees range from 0.04% per order on Free to 0% on Business. Limit orders, TP/SL, deposits, withdrawals, NEOX and staking are listed with 0% AskNeoX fees.

These rates cover AskNeoX fees. Jupiter protocol fees and Solana network fees may be added. Check the Pricing page for the current schedule and always review the total shown before signing.

How to use AskNeoX DEX step by step

  1. Create an AskNeoX account or sign in. A free account is enough to access the crypto platform.
  2. Choose a wallet. Create a local wallet, import an existing AskNeoX wallet or connect a compatible extension.
  3. Back it up immediately. After first creation, download the recovery kit and store it safely offline. Never send it to AskNeoX.
  4. Receive funds. Copy the address or display its QR code, then send a very small Solana test transaction first.
  5. Send carefully. Select the token, enter or select the address, estimate fees and verify every character before confirming.
  6. Explore Spot markets, then make a first swap in Trader. Select the tokens, enter the amount, preview the quote, verify every fee and then sign.
  7. Create a limit order when useful. Set the target price, review the transfer to the Jupiter vault and follow the order until execution or cancellation.
  8. Explore Futures carefully. Select Long or Short, use low leverage, examine the estimated liquidation and add an appropriate TP or SL before signing.
  9. Use NEOX and staking. Buy or sell NEOX, stake only the selected amount, unstake when needed and claim rewards when available.
  10. Track every operation. Review Assets, open positions, Orders and Spot, Futures and NEOX history; export the PDF whenever you need a copy.

Essential security habits

AskNeoX DEX aims to combine wallet, Spot, Futures, NEOX and transaction history in one consistent experience. A simple interface does not remove the responsibilities of self-custody or the risks of trading. Take time to back up the wallet, read every preview and proceed gradually.
